- Veteran-owned businesses: The $25 filing fee is waived for the first four years after initial registration. However, the report must still be filed each year.
- Online filing convenience fees: $1 for e-check payments or 2.29% of the transaction amount for credit card payments.
- Registered agent changes: Filing a change of registered agent costs an additional $20 fee.
